The Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota understands the unique challenges that schools and parents face as they strive to meet the needs of food-allergic students. In an effort to support those ventures, we created a Speakers Bureau. The Speakers Bureau consists of FASGMN members who have been specially trained on the delivery of prepared presentations aimed at specific audiences (schools and child care centers). The fee for Speakers Bureau engagements is $75 (for one hour); however, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Speaker requests are accepted at least three weeks before the date needed. Request a speaker today! We only accept requests from employees of the school or child care center that will comprise the audience (not from parents). However parents are encouraged to share this resource with their school/child care and invite them to request a presentation! How have we done in the past?
